Every inspection covers 6 major system categories including foundation, roof, structure, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interior, exterior, and built-in appliances. We also include thermal imaging at no extra charge to detect hidden moisture and electrical issues.

How long does an inspection take?

Typically 2-3 hours depending on the home's size and condition. You're welcome to attend and ask questions throughout. Tim provides an on-site summary at the end, with the full digital report delivery within 24 hours.

Do I need an inspection on a new home?

Absolutely, 100%. We find issues in virtually every new construction home we inspect. Even the best builders make mistakes, and it's much easier to have them fixed before closing while they're still responsible. A new construction inspection is one of the smartest investments you can make.
